DESCRIPTION
- Complete contact with clients daily, introducing our platform and solving clients trading problems，ensuring excellent standard service。通過日常聯繫客戶，介紹平台使用並解決客戶操作疑問,為客戶提供優質的服務。
- Establish good relationship and providing identified follow-up service. 與客戶建立良好的關係，並定期回訪客戶；
- Skillfully probe for listen, understand clients needs to provide resources and solutions to improve users satisfaction。傾聽客戶需求，準確回答客戶問題，增加客戶滿意度。
- Develop customer independently by participating events ,including off line Expo,online webinar according to company business needs .根據公司需要，通過線下展會，線上講座獨立開發客戶.
- Daily market review ,and analysis, and summary the selling points .關注每日金融市場動態，分析市場走向,總結市場賣點，和客戶進行溝通。
REQUIREMENTS
- Taiwanese or have living experience in Taiwan ，Chinese mandarin ,and English speaking will be preferable. 台灣人或者有在台灣生活的經歷，會說中文，英文。
- University /College degree in Economics, Finance or equivalent.本科及以上學歷，經濟，金融或相關專業.
- Work experience as a Account Manager ,relevant role or hold RG146 certificate will be preferable .客戶經理或者相關角色工作經驗，或持有RG 146 證書者優先；
- Interpersonal skills, Strong communication skills both in English and Chinese, excellent customer serving concept.具有良好的人際溝通能力，中英文商務溝通技巧，以及較強的客戶服務意識.
- Understanding customer service principles and able to deliver excellent customer experience. 了解客戶服務原則並有能力提供卓越客戶體驗。
- Good time-management and self-learning skills with a problem-solving attitude.良好的時間管理能力，自學能力，並具有積極解決問題的態度.
