What you will be doing?
Ongoing legal consultation to the company’s different departments, including G&A, Regulations, Marketing, HR, R&D, Product etc.;
Assisting with Company’s mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures.
Financial services regulation (in Europe, US and other locations) and other regulatory issues (such as privacy and data protection);
Group and group companies corporate matters.
Creation and negotiations of complex commercial agreements (such as blockchain field and all other business of the company);
Drafting and negotiating standard agreements (NDA, employment agreements, consulting, suppliers, administrative agreements, IT/IP agreements, etc.);
Keep the legal templates up to date
Administrating the legal databases of the companies and renew agreements when needed;

If you are an intelligent, dynamic, autodidact, tidy, team player, pro-active and hard-working lawyer with 1-3 years of experience in commercial/corporate law, with previous experience either in-house or at a leading firm. Experience in the Fintech industry is a big advantage! English at mother tongue level or equivalent is a MUST (Hebrew is required as well).
